Anyhow i changed to drivers today to atheros driver v If this cant be solved im so gonna go back to cable even if it means dragging the damn cable across the house I guess im about to see.

As some of you know d-link are not updating the drivers anymore, i recently found out that it is an atheros chip. Perhaps you should close the loop and report the problem to the developers of the beta drivers. I’ve had the same problem with 2 d-linnk and comlete new adapters on 3 different computers with XP Pro, and Win 7 Ultimate.

This was fixed with atheros driver v9. If you have any suggestions on how i could solve the problem with the hardware at hand i would apreciate it. The drivers that came with the card were dwwa-547 not tested with the released version of Windows 7.

The problem i had before was that d-lin computer froze from time to time which apperently had to do with the drivers for wlan-card. It is funny though, because I have 2 other DWA adapters running in 2 different computers, and there are absolutely no problems with them. There are no consumer motherboards that accept two processors. What do i do? So now im using v9. I have narrowed the dwa-54 hardware down to my: Sign up using Email and Password.
I guess the drops went away but now i get some weird speed-drops instead, when i play games a get ms-drops from 70ms to about ms.
