This driver is NOT the same as the one that comes with Ubuntu and it overwrites some kernel modules. The em28xx cinergu seem to work fine, but the xc driver which is also the driver for the xc chip on the terratec xs doesn’t work with the firmware cinergyy in linux-firmware- nonfree:.
